Photoshoot

For this image I used aperture to really focus on the Barbie shelf in the background to symbolise that she is being forgotten and doesn’t feel perfect as the pressure is from kids toys for example 'Barbie' and its going on and on her mind, which is why I copied the text and layered them on Photoshop and placed them around the image changing the direction and opacity to reflect that it is going on and on in her mind. This was one of the best images that turned out well and edited well. The blur from the aperture wasn’t as significant as I would have liked so I selected around the individual and pressed blur more until I was happy with the turn out. The story of this image is powerful and strong and many people can relate to it. By editing this image to black it white it had a high contrast and sharpness to the Barbie’s and to darken the mood to replicate the girl’s mood and Barbie’s aren’t good.
